Order Policies

New Orders

Orders must be placed via email, in person, or through a BRNO Cabinetry distribution center. Orders cannot be taken over the phone (verbal) or via text. All orders require the purchaser to sign off on all requested documents from BRNO Cabinetry and it's team member. BRNO will not be held responsible for client errors after the order has been approved by the client.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Order changes/cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed with a BRNO team member. Your order when placed is immediately put into production which requires our team to pull components and reserve production time for your project. Adding items is not permitted and need to be placed as a new order.

Delivery Procedures

You will be provided a delivery window and a legal representative must be present at time of delivery. Missing items or visible damage must be reported at time of delivery and documented on paperwork. Concealed damages must be reported within 14 business days of delivery. All damages will require photos for BRNO approval that support you claim. All voluntary reschedules or delayed deliveries will be subject to storage fees at a rate of $35.00 Per Day. Your order will not be released until storage fees are paid in full.

Returns

Return are not allowed on any assembled products, installed products, and modified cabinets. All RTA returns are subject to inspection and approval. All RTA returns that are "open box" will not be processed for credit. All RTA returns that were fulfilled beyond 30 Days will not be processed for credit. All approved RTA returns are eligible for store credit or a full refund less a 25% Restocking Fee.
